One of my favorite female leads was Lita Ford, who is often overlooked. The duet she did with Ozzy, "If I close my eyes forever," was, of course, likely her most well-known song, however, her skill as an ax player, known for playing the "Warlock" guitar was up there with other well-known guitarists such as Stev Vai, and Eddie Van Halen. Basically, she was badass, and never really got the credit she deserved, like a lot of female musicians, unfortunately. Sweet post! Thank you!
