Again I am reading that proposal (steem.inc delegate SP to project.hope) So far we have not handled that idea, but you are not the first person to think about it. Maybe this could happen.

I will also want to ask about the requirements required to join this community as a content creator. What can I also do to gain the attention of the community anytime i make quality posts about the required niche.
