For my Freestyle Collage No. 39, the theme is desires or making wishes. Having a strong inclination or desire for something that may or may not ever happen is a common occurrence.
I believe these type feelings far exceed those of perhaps a typical craving. Hopefully, the thing that individuals wish for will help and not hinder their lives or the lives of others.
Oftentimes individuals' wishes may not be in their best interest. The material items, favorale or unfavorable situations they may desire can inevitably do more harm when the long-term effects are not clearly taken into consideration.
I would like to share with you my version of a scene o desire.
To assist in designing my theme for this freestyle collage, I included the original image from one of the LMAC previous contests. Together with a dramatic landscape image from a free source, I created a light versus dark contrasting background skyline.
To create the ground to sky effect, I located an interesting image of a throne whose appearance suggested an upward climb. With the dark clouds in the center of the scene, the throne fit perfectly. The female in the skyline as opposed to the one on the surface water symbolized the desire or longing.
For my remaining images, I chose several from the LMAC's LIL Database.

To blend all images, I utilized Canva, the design program. With my Annual Pro Membership Subscription, I'm able to remove backgrounds, apply filters, and colorize images.
