It's first time that nominations are being powered by community opinion. Earlier it used to be decided by a small group of people. However I don't know how well known is this awqrd.

These are all 21 questions. Interesting, isn't it?
Well, you can nominate 3 people / project to each of these 21 categories.
No, it's not necessary to answer all of them. But I hope you at least know the answer to 10 & 18 😉.
