My Mango Float Became So Creamy, It Tasted Like Magnum Ice Cream

in OCD4 years ago

A couple days ago, mama asked papa to buy some ingredients for mango float because she's craving it. Once the ingredients were available, she asked me to make it.

I'm not into cooking because I'm too lazy and I am scared of hot cooking oil on my skin. Despite that, I like making desserts like mango float, fruit salad, etc. I also like the preparation process whenever my parents are cooking because I enjoy slicing the ingredients, etc. I just don't like the actual cooking in front of the stove. lol

Anyway, going back to the mango float... this was the finished product...

It's funny because I placed to much cream and milk that the biscuits float together with the mango slices. hahaha But the result was sO creamy that it tasted like magnum ice cream. That's the reason why last night, I experimented on making 3 flavors of ice cream. I'll post about it soon.

Here are the ingredients I used for the mango float...

After layering it... place it inside the freezer. :)

I made it before lunch at around 12 noon and we were able to enjoy it for dessert later that evening which was around 6PM.

Even though it didn't look pretty, it was so delicious. I am so excited to try out my ice cream experiment from last night! I'll tell you about it soon...

Today is finally my day off, so I'd probably watch some movies and anime... or just laze around the house. I did have a pretty busy work week.

Have a great day friends!

Looks yummy. Now I'm craving for dessert!

I learned that chilling the creamer overnight helps make the cream become thicker so the crackers wont float. But chilled creamer or not, I don't think anyone coukd ever be able to say no to this tasty delight!
