Read.cash – A Blogging Site
All you authors on Hive will find the read.cash site quite rewarding. Of course, I still love Hive, and I continue to blog on Hive, too but read.cash offers rewards in Bitcoin Cash (BCH). The BCH story alone takes the cake.
Obviously, when the word went out, people flocked the site like bees to honey. No, I am just kidding, many are yet to start, but I am not sure why. Right from my second article on read.cash, I have been earning BCH. Contrast this with Steemit (before Hive), where it took me six months to figure out how to earn 0.01 Steem upvote. And back then, Steem was less than a dollar. The awesome thing is that a 0.01 upvote on read.cash translates to $ 4 in current exchange rate terms. As of today:
1 BCH = $ 403
Any reason not to jump on to the site? Not much. Besides, many of us want to write about different topics, so read.cash provides one site where you can write about one of your niche skills, or for that matter, whatever you like.

Show Me the Proof
Now, if you are like me, you would not be satisfied with just songs and dreams of what could be. You like solid proof. So, here is my earning over a few of my articles on read.cash.
All the earnings are in US dollars. Each article averages around $5. That translates to about a little over 0.012 BCH. Not bad. Just for comparison, a $5 earning per article on Hive would mean that you need to get an upvote of 43 Hive. At the current rate, 1 $ = 8.7 Hive. That should give you a perspective.
Besides, it is easy and fast to withdraw. Being a new site, they recommend you to withdraw as fast as possible, even if it is a small amount. That means there is no withdrawal threshold. You can withdraw your BCH, no matter how small the value is. Here is one of my nine withdrawals so far.
See that? That’s a 9.7 $ withdrawal, which was roughly 0.024 BCH. If you made up your mind now, you could join here:

Comparison Between Hive and Read.cash
Let’s be honest, the look and feel department puts Hive at a very high pedestal. Read.cash is far from coming anywhere close. Besides, the community is quite vibrant over here in Hive, where there are tokens for each community. That allows us, users, to earn multiple tokens along with Hive for the same article. Now, that is cool by any standards. You can also choose to write only for a particular niche like Leo.finance, which has tokens doing much better than the base Hive. So, an excellent package when it comes to Hive.
The Base Community Token
However, read.cash storms the arena by providing BCH as the base earning token. Now, unless Hive climbs to the $2 - $4 levels, where it along with the community tokens would make a lot of sense, read.cash takes this battle quite easily. I mean, how would you compare BCH to Hive in the current setting?
Getting Noticed
I found read.cash to be better in getting noticed. Part of it could be the bots that the site has enabled to identify new content. And here is the beauty of it, out of many bots for identifying plagiarizing (don’t ever get caught. You will never earn after that), tipping, and others, the @therandomrewarder bot is which identifies you for quality content. And the tips are magnanimous. I had one article reaching $ 13 with the tips. And almost all my articles got tipped by @thereandomrewarder. Take a look.
How does that look? Quite good, huh? That is equivalent to roughly 129 Hive upvote for one article.
Besides, finding fresh articles and talents is one of the challenges of Hive and Steem earlier. Of course, with the communities in play, this job is getting done better. But still, some way to go before newbies feel at home and believe they can earn on Hive or Steem.
This does not mean that I am advocating leaving Hive. Why would I ask you to do something that I myself would not be doing? I am still on Hive and love all the upvotes that I got from Curie, OCD, Qurator, and many more. I wouldn’t complain.
Plagiarism and Committing Suicide
If you are on read.cash and you plagiarize, copy, cross-post, use bots, or use your alt accounts as referrals, you can kiss your income goodbye. For good. I am not joking. Don’t get caught doing any of these things because once you do, you can keep on writing till kingdom come and will not receive even a fraction of a penny. Remember, the community is quite small, so the biggest tipper is the bot. And their bots are quite advanced in identifying all of the said areas. I wouldn’t ask you to try it because it would be the last of your earnings if you did that.
So, do you see any reason not to join read.cash? No? Then you can join here:

Here Is A Bonus – Noise.cash
Read.cash just started another site called noise.cash. Read.cash is an equivalent of Hive while noise.cash is the equivalent of Twitter. You post small interesting stuff and get tipped in BCH for that. And guess where the tips come from? The site.
There are bots over here that track you for tipping. They first give you tips, which you tip a good poster, and take a percentage of the tips for yourself. If you are spamming or tipping your alt accounts, you will be crucified faster than you think. You can then keep posting (tweeting) forever without ever getting any more tips from the site. Remember, the bots are the major source of BCH, so don’t mess up your chance.
Well, come on, now you got to be kidding me if you don’t want to join:
Of course, I do respect your decision if you don’t want to join. But do give it a look. It doesn’t hurt to earn more.
So, I Hope to See You All!
I earn about $40 a week at the moment, with just one post a day. It is not bad, in my opinion. So, why not try it out?
Have fun with read.cash, and don’t try to play the site. Enjoy your earnings! 😊
Again, have fun! 😊
