One of my minnow tips I give all who ask is to post to your STEEM blog daily. There are many reasons for that advice:
- keep your blog active
- let your followers and other steemers know you are here
- get votes that come daily
- develop a routine
But don't just post to nobody and nothing. Enter contests and challenges so others will see you. We have no shortage of those places to post on STEEM, but we do lack entrants. So if you can simply get your post done and in the right place, you have a very good chance to win, place, or show.
I need to take my own advice. It has been 3 days since my last post here. All I have been doing is:
- moaning and groaning in bed with pain and edema swelling
- watching fluid drain out of my legs and trying natural remedies to stop it.
- getting out for food and water as I can
- tipu curating other steemers posts
- planning and making more arrangements for my next trip to Bangkok starting this Saturday (EEK!)
Long-term and chronic illness is not a good excuse for lack of work on STEEM. I keep telling myself this and keep missing the mark, but I will not give up.
So this is my entry for the weekly tree photo contest by @bilpcoin and @bilpcoinbpc. I try to enter each time and get their upvotes and tokens when I do.
This photo is another I took while hanging out the door of the train on my way to STEEMFest in November 2019. I took a lot of tree photos specifically since I did not have many, and a lot of STEEM challenges and contests want them. Now I do not want that effort to go to waste.
As you see, we have a bonus cow in this shot. The white thing is hanging out of her nose and is seen in all Thai cows. This makes me grateful not to be a cow and helps me count my blessings that I have right now.
Most of thosse blessings come from you. Thank you for all of your comments, votes, resteems, wallet transfers, discord messages, and emails. Your support means the world to me.
