This is a small sketch I made of a wandering Samurai. I kept the character simple and stylized, giving him a wide straw hat, a travel staff, and a sheathed sword to show his quiet strength. The shading is soft so the focus stays on his calm, lone- traveler vibe.
Materials used: 12B sketch pencil on a sketch pad.
