Good morning Everyone.
Happy Sunday to y'all.
Today I'll be sharing my recent artwork of a groundnut. It is also known as peanut, in British English it is called monkey nut, the outer shell is called a pod or hull.
This pencil drawing captures the humble peanut in striking detail, transforming an everyday object into a study of texture and form. The shading brings out the rugged shell and the smooth seeds within, reminding us that even the simplest things hold beauty when seen closely.

Materials used: 12B sketch pencil on a sketch pad.
