Thank you for your kind words. I use about 4 brushes for the work. If you look closely, just one brush cannot give you those depths.
Different brush for outline sketch, another one for first coating, another different one for more depth and some part of her dark hairs and another brush to block in.
Just that in this sketch, I used them simultaneously and interchangeably, so you will hardly notice unlike my previous works where I used them at various stages.
That makes a lot of sense about the depths and switching on the fly. Are these default SketchBook brushes or did you tweak your own settings like flow, spacing, and opacity? How do you handle pressure with the S Pen to keep that scribble energy while still tightening edges where needed? Do you set a base palette early or pick tones as you go?
Yeah.
Most are the default sketchbook brush but sometimes, I do change the opacity depending on the models skin tone and what I want to achieve. You can't have it all, so you will have to make adjustments along the way.
Foe the pressure aspect, I just free my mind and let the S pen flow according to my mind and how I feel. When I feel uneasy, I do stop and come back later.
