MY EXPERIMENTAL COOKING: #ulog18

in Ulogs4 years ago

I usually cooked sauteed vegetables with tofu out of these vegetables, thinly sliced of cabbage, sweet potato, carrots, chayote, and beans sprout ( toge). Me and my daughters love to eat vegetables.
I was planning to serve them a new recipe out of these vegetables. One idea that came out from my mind was a torta, as a Filipino we love to eat tortang talong ( eggplant), tortang okra ( lady finger), or ground meat torta.
I immediately prepared the ingredients that I want to add in the cooking. This is something a kind of experimental cooking.

Here is my cooked vegetable tofu torta.

when the color turns into golden brown reverse it and cook the other side.
It is easy to make and it is ideal solution when you need a quick meal and a cheap dish too. I think this meal best suit for vegetarians.

A soon as I served these on the table I was looking for their reaction while they are eating they grabbed for more. It is something telling me that they love it!

Till here again, stay healthy everyone and stay safe.
