Skateboard Camp At Woodward

in SkateHive4 years ago

It must be amazing for kids to have a skateboard camp at Woodward.

Indy and Nico who are twins have a strong passion for skateboarding under the influence of their father who has a strong passion for skateboarding.

The chance to have a camp focuses on skateboarding can really enable these kids to polish their skills while making new friends.

It was certainly a wonderful memory for the twins.

I went to Woodward, PA for two weeeks when I was younger. Gotta be 17ish years ago now. I ride BMX, and it was awesome to be at camp. The 'resi' next to the foam pits was one of my favorite things to ride there. You could land on the resi hard as hell, and you don't feel a thing. It's like super absorbent rubber with tons of padding.

This is something many skateboarders may dream of. So cool to get a chance to visit this place.

Oh man it was my dream to skate Woodward when I was a kid! I saw this camp from a skate DVD they used to give free from a Greek sports magazine and I just could't stop watching the video.

Haha isn’t it every skaters dream?! I wanted to go but thinking about it I may have been too scared and wouldn’t have enjoyed it like I would in my dreams.

Nah man, it would be great!I saw the Element team skating in Barcelona last year and dude I just couldn't believe how good they actualy were. Just watching them skate made me a better skater! I can't imagine the motivation and the hype kids receive from skating with dudes of this level at Woodward!

It is a great adventure and excitement for kids who are passionate about skateboarding in this place. So cool!

A great experience for sure.

Ah Woodward. That was always something my brother and I wanted to do but we could never afford. That’s a skaters paradise! I would be intimidated to go there though if I think about it lol so much talent in one space.

The great empowerment in grooming the future skateboarders in kids. Such an inspiring place indeed.
