I love it, when having conversations with teenagers and youth. Both the introverts and extroverts .
There's so much going through their mind. From wanting to tell you about how their day went, their new classmates, new girlfriend or boyfriend, their understanding and mindset about certain things, people or situations. So, yes! I would love to very much influence teenagers and youths in a positive way. WHY? Because teenagers and youths are eager to learn new things and to also be there for them. It means a lot when teenagers and youths knows that you care, you love them and that you are always there for them.
WHAT ASPECTS WOULD I ATTEMPT TO INFLUENCE.
I would very much want to influence their relationship aspects. Their relationship with their parents, guardians, peers, and the opposite sex, because the people in their, hearts and environments determines most times how they turn out in life, affects the way of their thinking and living.

HOW WOULD I DO IT?
I would love them and let them see and understand that I love them. Yes, some might turn out very stubborn and difficult to handle but trust me. Love them is one of the answers for me. I would always make sure to mentor, educate, motivate and enlighten them about life, sharing my experiences and keeping a listening ear, when they want to talk, a shoulder when they want to cry and give them answers, when they have questions.

WHAT OUT COME WOULD YOU CONSIDER ACCEPTABLE?
When dealing with teenagers and youths, you need to be ready to deal with what you expect or not. Meaning, I would be prepared to expect anything both ordinary and extraordinary.
As long as I see the smallest changes in them. Its enough, cause the more I show them that, they are loved. The more they would trust me and want to make me proud. So as small as any positive change in them, its enough and acceptable for me.
