Momentum is hard to achieve but easy to lose

I know form the time that i started seeing all those big accounts and wondering how they got there.
It's hard to understand how much time, effort, money is required until you do it yourself so they just see these whales with big balances and think that it's easy to earn $30 a post without realizing how long it takes to get that reputation or autovotes.
It would be good to have an interface that payed out based n impressions rather than votes or by popularity. Stake weighted voting has a lot of issues.

I'm not complaining about the system but about the way that some of those whales reached that status, long time ago.
But this is something we cannot fix and the best is to keep building and persisting now.
