As at the time of this writing, there are over 100 thousand known cryptocurrencies with each claiming to be the future and the next big thing and the number of cryptos being created only keeps increasing with every passing day. Hive, one of those cryptos however is a beast and one of those cryptocurrencies that stands out among the rest. It is the most interesting crypto I know and in this post I would be taking you through why Hive is so special and why people invest their time and money in it like a religion. I'll be posting on three points in this post which I believe are the most important if anyone is considering which platforms they should deducate their time and money to.
Firstly, the story of Hive's creation and existence is one of the most interesting crypto story ever and it is the only story that does sound like an extract from a fairy tale. A community of people who believe in true decentralisation and were against oppression, greed, and anarchy standing against an entity who wanted to be in control and make Hive his toy and Hivers, his puppets. Hive was created as a result of this and unlike rest 99.999999% of most crypto projects out there, Hive is the only crypto I know of that has no CEO or a singular figure who is regarded as the owner of the blockchain. Every single Hiver as we call ourselves is an owner of Hive and we all take part in the process of decision making, development and growth of the blockchain which is the quality of a true decentralised platform.
Secondly, Hive is one of the very few blockchain that does so much and is capable of so much more in thr future, it only needs more builders. With the little time I've been on Hive, I've come to see how versatile a blockchain could be. I first got exposed to Bitcoin, the "mega beast" of the crypto space but as time went on, I realised cryptos are much more than just tokens you buy and hold. For example the Hive blockchain allows its users create articles and earn from their posts unlike almost immediately, you could earn from playing games, making videos, creating art etc and there are so many other great things we are yet to discover. Hive is definitely a place to be because there's always something interesting going on.
Finally, Hive is one of those Hugh valued projects that has gotten a massive reputation across the world yet. It does better everything that most of the popular cryptos out here do and has a very low price value right now which make it a gem worth having in preparation for the future when only those cryptos with true and long term value would exist. Almost every token built on Hive is also a catch and are very promising. Hive is that crypto that defines how things should be because its created for the people and by the people. It's still at its early stages and it has done so well imo and is worth the attention of every person on this planet.
