It's 50 cent time! And no I'm not talking about that rapper we all used to bounce to. Nope, I'm talking about the price of one HIVE. For many this is a rare opportunity to buy some more HIVE. And you can go about that in different ways. Personally, I like buying a bit at every stage it drops, giving me a stable buying average. Sone of you may know the concept as Dollar Cost Averaging. Trust me, look it up.
It's at exactly 0.50 in my PeakD wallet as I'm writing this post. I wonder how far it's about to go. HIVE seems to be following the rest of the market. Everything is bleeding, and that means a lot of nervous people, maybe some tears here and there. I myself try to ignore the movement in terms of trying to calculate fiat value of my holdings at this point. All I know is to buy where I can, and wait for the future.
Using DCA with Hive is quite easy with some patience and consistency. I use every bit of HBD I earn from posts to immediately buy HIVE now. Previously I would immediately transfer it to savings. But of course your strategy has to chance with the market. I'm even considering using my HBD savings to buy more HIVE, and eventually additional fiat that may be lying around.
