What is the key to persevering in the crypto world?

in LeoFinance2 years ago

Given the current scenario that we can see in Bitcoin and the crypto world in general, it is easy to give up, it is too easy to lose hope and despreciate all cryptocurrencies and dedicate yourself to something else... But...

Is there no hope for the crypto market?

Despite what we can perceive in the market, despite the graphs, despite what we read on the news pages and the huge FUD which is thrown on the subject every minute, it is absolutely false that the crypto world is finished; in fact it is not even close to ceasing to exist.

First of all, we must remember that cryptocurrencies, due to their volatile nature, have always been easy prey for those who do FOMO, at times of uptrends in the markets; and those who do FUD, at times of trends full bear in the markets.

So it is not at all uncommon for most people who are trading and investing in the markets to be with their hands on their heads, suffering with every move BTC makes down and experiencing heartbreak every step of the way. In fact, it is the most natural thing in the world, because most of those who are scared thinking that the end has come for Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, are primarily retail traders and small-scale investors.

Essentially, these types of investors and traders are speculators, with little capital and generally with little experience in the markets. Due to the lack of economic liquidity they own to endure during downtrend markets, they tend to panic in scenarios like the current ones.

A big truth about the current crypto landscape

Knowing that the current bearish scenario of the crypto markets will pass, everything we can logically deduce from the situation is something important.

In this regard, one of the most important inferences we can make is that by the time the current bearish cycle concludes, only the largest, most useful and important projects will prevail. In other words, only cryptocurrencies with serious projects behind them will survive the current market cycle; everything else will go down the drain.

Also, other fact we can easily deduce is what is happening thanks to the current bearish market is simply a purge; a debugging at the level of projects and cryptos so that only those that really have strength, seriousness and commitment prevail; but also, a purification at the level of investors and traders, so that only those who have a clear vision of what Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are survive in the markets. Basically, these bear cycles are a total purge of the markets to remove or eliminate opportunists who really don't believe in anything and are just looking to cash in at all costs.

Unfortunately, it is also true that some projects will fall along the way that had serious intentions because the did not to gather enough strength or support to grow at the right time. And some small investors and traders will also go bankrupt, even having a good intentions and a good vision of markets and cryptocurrencies, because they do not have enough capital to withstand the ravages of the current situation and therefore have had to sell their holdings ahead of time to be able to meet their personal expenses.

Despite everything mentioned, it is easy to foresee that by the time this purge (or bearish market) is over, the Bitcoin and cryptocurrency market will end up stronger, of that we can have no doubt.

We have to be persistent: That is the key

For all of the above, the correct attitude is to be persistent, that is, we must maintain an optimistic view of the future development of the Crypto market. The key to this is knowing that Bitcoin will recover its maximum price level before the next halving, and we can be very sure of this because historically it has always been this way. And by the time Bitcoin gets back in the uptrend, we will have most of the altcoins recovering their price levels as well, because as we know, the price of the vast majority of them is contingent on the development of the Bitcoin price.

Knowing the truth of things makes it a little easier to persevere, and since we know that we are not in the presence of the end of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, then we can fully trust that the current bearish storm will also end sooner rather than later.

But the most important key to persevering in the crypto world is not mere optimism (although that also helps), but having the determination to move forward, investing and acting intelligently in the markets; and to never abandon them no matter how much things seem to get very ugly. Never act on impulse; but by making intelligent moves in the markets, and although this does not eliminate the risks altogether, it does reduce the errors that occur due to the impulsiveness of the moment, due to errors of appreciation and due to decadent emotions.

Bitcoin will recover, the entire crypto market will rise to the heights again. The supreme key is knowing it and fighting to still be on your feet when that happens. The question is... Will we be capable of such a feat?

I loved this part the most because you are right. The season is only trying to purge them out. And it's doing a great job.
