Opinion: December 6, 2021. Warm Weather in the United States is Driving Natural Gas Prices Down

The price of natural gas is decreasing at a fast rate. The reason for this is most likely the warm temperatures predicted for the next few weeks in the United States. The contracts for January 2022 fell 8% to $3.80 per million British thermal units (BTU), the lowest price since August. It also represents a decrease of about 40% compared to October prices.

In addition to higher temperatures than usual, increased supply of natural gas from the Marcellus shale region is assuring a good supply of natural gas that may last for the whole winter season.

But the sad thing is that even if the price of fuel oil or natural gas p or LPG gas goes down in the international market, once the price goes up in our country, it does not go down easily. People have to pay a high price for this.

And that is what we are waiting for, all these commodity price will impact our stock market.
