It's time for my weekly TORUM update and I've got some pretty cool news to share with you.
TORUM Team is working hard to improve their platform every day so let's take a look at the changes occured in TORUM the past week
Spam Prevention
Spam is a huge problem in all social media platforms and TORUM isn't an exeption. You see, users on TORUM earn #XTM for their social activity (commenting on posts, liking posts, sharing content) and some users thought it's cool to spam stupid comments like "ok" or "cool" or try and scam others with fake airdrops etc.. Guess what?

These are the rules every TORUM users has to accept if they want to continue using the platform. It's been a week since this message popped up in everyone's browser and the results are fantastic. Both my feed and comment section are way "cleaner".
Landers (TORUM users are referred as Landers) are taking action with reports so they can prevent spam and build a solid platform! Community work at it's finest!
UI Fixes
TORUM team updated their Notification and tagging system and everything's so easier and faster now!
Notification Update
#Landers can now right-click on their notifications and open them in a new window! YES! I was waiting for that!
Tagging
Tagging a #Lander used to be a "challenge" a week ago but everything's working like a charm after this week's update! You can now tag fellow #Landers in a sec without random results popping in the suggestions
Building an awesome social platform takes a lot of time and effort and weekly updates like the ones above are steps to the right direction.
