According to my opinion, to be in the political right is to favor policies that are less redistributive, to favor merit and hard work and to incentivize the economy by promoting business and taxing less. Helping the poor should be done through charity, i.e, the free will of the richer.

I totally agree with your opinion. The government of every country should reduce taxes to stimulate the economy. And the rich help the poor. Very beautifully written.
