This is the second episode of my new Play2Earn series. I have lately been quite indulged in blockchain gaming. Most of the games I participate in are idle games I am doing for the profit but some others have a great gameplay as well.
I thought it might be a nice idea to create a series to show some of the highlights I encountered over the last week of playing. Like making progress and going from zero to hero or unboxing super rare NFTs from packs I earned for free.

Splinterlands
Last weekend was a season ending in Splinterlands. This gives us a nice boost in rewards with the season rewards being distributed, but the daily quests rewards are smaller afterwards as you have to climb back up the leagues again.
I have a feeling that competition is getting more fierce in the Splinterlands. The last season was the first in months that I have not made it to at least Champions 3 (the season before that I finished in Champions 2).
According to the Monstermarket Reward Analyzer this is what my accounts earned this week:

The DEC in burn value is usually valued too low because you can sell better cards for much higher prices. These were the best I got this week:
I can also recommend participating in the Splinterlands posting contests. The upvotes they distribute for quality content are just awesome. Just look at this week's post that earned upvotes worth 7.69 USD.
Gods Unchained
Gods Unchained is currently running a great promotion ("Stay indoors, play games, get paid") where you can earn $20 in ETH by completing some simple tasks (playing the game, mainly).

Cryptomininggame
Cryptomininggame updated their game to version 2.2 this week. There were some major changes to the payout system in order to keep it sustainable. There were some issues with the volatility of the coins that can be earned not matching the profit the developers are getting from their ad-based business model anymore.
They converted all cryptos in the accounts to in-game coins pegged to USD. When paying out they will be converted to the actual crypto with the current exchange rate.
You can still collect and mine different sorts of cryptos with 10,000 pegged in-game tokens representing $1 you will get of the actual coin during payout.
The mining hub now looks like this, with BITZ, DOGZ and LITZ for the pegged versions of BTC, DOGE and LTC:
They also included a cool new feature in the release. In the workshop section you can now use raw materials found in-game to upgrade your 'mining hardware' which will increase your mining output.
Note that Cryptomininggame is not actually using your CPU/GPU for mining but is just an extremely gamified version of a faucet with levels, upgrades, trading cards and much more.
Cryptobrewmaster
This game feels slow when you start without investing external funds in brewing ingredients but it is still playable. You will be credited an energy point each hour that you can use on tasks to earn the ingredients for free. It will take a while before you can brew anything good but it only takes a couple of seconds each day to play, so it may still be worth it.
The game is still in a very early stage and they are releasing new features almost every week now. What I was missing a while back, were opportunities to permanently power-up your account. You could only gather resources and brew beer but without any levelling or similar elements to it that would entice a player to keep going.
These features are pouring in now, though. Lately, they have started offering Enhancer packs for example. Enhancers are tools that you can use over and over again, so once bought your account will be more powerful. What they do is, they increase the quality of brewing ingredients.
This is great because most of the ingredients from daily tasks are of the least quality and now you have the opportunity to boost them up brewing better beer which is worth more crypto.
I finally had enough CBM tokens to buy my second enhancer this week and purchased this Good Wheat Malt Enhancer.
Pretty useless for me at the moment as Wheat Malt is one of two ingredients I get in good quality from the quests already, but the quests may (most certainly will) change in the future at which point I will be glad to own this enhancer.
Alien Worlds
If you are playing Alien Worlds (if you are not, you really should - create a WAX account and log in), I can recommend doing so on a plot of land earned by the CryptomonKeys project. They regularly distribute drops of their NFTs for free among all players who mined a certain amount of TLM on their lands. The amount is increasing as the number of players is growing. Three weeks ago, you had to mine at least 12 TLM, last week it was 42 and now they increased it to 69. Their cards have a print limit, so this restriction is necessary.
Anyways, I mined enough TLM to be eligible and found The Green Wizard in my Wax wallet.
It sure is nice to get these on top of the Alien Worlds TLM and NFTs for free.
What are you waiting for?
While these games will not make you rich, they're handing out free money for doing (almost) nothing. I will grow my stake in these games by re-investing the earnings and also swap some fraction of the tokens for Satoshis to add to my stack.
