A 3 dollar downvote ?

About three months ago this guy started downvoting me 100%. At the time, it was a $6 downvote, but, as he is powering down, the downvote is now around $3.
I don't know why he is downvoting me. The funny thing is that he upvoted me everyday on steemit. When Justin Sun stealed his steems, he could not upvote me anymore and started downvoting me, here on hive. I tried to talk to him, but I could not find why he was downvoting me. I, then, created this new account (@ronavel) and continued publishing under this new name. I was @ronaldoavelino, remember me?
In two days he discovered my new name and simply changed the downvotes.
So now I am just waiting for the end of his powerdown...

Reply Ah yes. Maybe I asked before. Now I remember. He does not like people post on two platforms. Hopefully he is gone soon.
