Considering walking as a good exercise

I woke this morning to engage my self in a road jog but was too tired to do so because I was stressed out and didn't have enough time to rest but I still needed to exercise so I decided to go for a road walk which I did for 1:30 minutes then I went back home. when I got home I still feel relieved that I at least I did something this morning despite not jogging but took my time to just have a little walk round my area then I decide to search and confirm if walking can be considered as an exercise.

I always thought walking was stress from my past ideology when engaging in a long walk in the idea of you looking stress out and weak when fully you didn't prepare yourself for such while participating in it. In the aspect of me doing that today I came to realise that it is not stressful to the human body but can be considered as an exercise that is suitable for the human body to maintain balance and also have good health in doing so if you decide not to jog but to have a walk.

Base on my understanding and research too as well, it has come to my understanding that it can help the body in so many ways or aspect while performing the exercise or walk as been said.

Advantage of walking while performing it

1. It's helps keep off extra weight

2. It's improves your cholesterol

3. It's also helps in building stronger bones and muscles

4. It's helps in lowering risk of diabetes, stroke and certain cancer while performing it

It also helps in making you sleep better which I noticed too as well after the exercise, which I believe is also good for the human body as well to have a healthy body.

With the benefits of also maintaining a healthy life I really feel walking is a good exercise to engage on with a good pair of shoes it will be fun doing the walking exercise. Which is an exercise that can be done anytime, anywhere even when less busy too and there's no need to pack a gym bag or worry about showering later is just an easy aspect to exercise.

It's performs low impact and also gentle and easy going on your body, with my research made too as well, it’s even good for people with arthritis or extra weight to perform on.

Though most people believes or would say they prefer running just better than walking to build the body faster but not everyone can engage in running so it's another way of participating in exercise. It is been said that Regular cardio (at any speed) can help keep the body healthy and fit, which also helps to improve mood and energy levels.

But for running it helps in building "lap for lap", which burns about 2.5 times more calories more than walking. Engaging in running exercise may also help to control appetite, so it's definitely known that those engaging in running may lose more weight than those performing the walking exercise no matter how far the walking exercise may go.

However, performing the running exercise isn’t for everyone and also going full-speed might also increase injury risk if not careful in some aspects. But with a slower pace it would help the hand and ankle weights to maintain intensity in the act.

So I believe engaging in walking as an exercise can still help in developing the habit of maintaining a good health and healthy life
