I do like POINT, and I also like UFM to some extent — it's a good idea, but they could do with some better moderation because it seems to be increasingly just a catch-all "junk" tag. Not really familiar with Bilpcoin; not convinced how its core mission is different from any of the other "general" tribes, but I'll check it out.

To the best of my Knowledge, UFM doesn't exlude topics but instead it puts focus on specific subjects like gaming and Steem projects.
Bilpcoin has its own store, (I have only visited it once) so it looks like they have some marketing going on for its community. Currently the coin isn't used to pay for its store related products but I think it would be a good idea to allow it as a payment option. Giving the coin a use case will seperate it from all the others.
I like the idea of some commerce built in... we really do need some more functional use cases if we hope to ever attract a broader spectrum of users.
