NFTshowroom is super easy to use. 5 hive for the first and 1 hive for each additional copy you want to mint. The approval period can be kind of slow. Wax seems to pretty easy as well. I am not sure of the current fee. I don't have any wax in my wallet over there.
Mintable is easy and also free. Although, they may require you to set up a store and that will cost you some ETH. It's a one-time fee.
FTR, I have sold one on NFTshowroom. The Hive went right into my account.
