if you check this post, right from the start there are some screenshots.
when you write your post (using any interface, that doesnt matter: hive, peakd or ecency), press 'Advanced' tab - there you can change rewards from 100% to 50/50%. in that section, there located a 'Beneficiaries' tab. one may add up to 8 different beneficiaris, to divide the post rewards. it is a very easy operation :P
