RE: Happy St Patrick's day from the West of Ireland🍀🍀

Thanks for the mention and happy St.Patrick's Day! I'll be partaking in a few pints today haha the last few years have been a shame as there hasn't been any parades in my town or anywhere I don't think, but this year there is one. Every Patrick's day I work with some friends as a steward on the parade here in Wicklow. Usually I close off a road and hang around until the parade is finished and then unblock the road and follow the last of the parade to the end and then we all meet up, hand back our high-vis jackets and go to the pub. The benefit is we each get paid in pints so it's well worth it! This year though, will be the same, but I'm also going to be filming the parade, which I'm delighted about.

I think it's great that it's a day celebrated around the world, and the extra day to nurse the hangover is much appreciated haha. The history of St.Patrick is so interesting, I filmed a documentary about a local heritage site and added in a segment about St.Patrick as it was released around this time last year.

No bother man, we're goosed with Covid-19 in our house, my three year old has it, so we're all isolating until he is better, disappointing for kids as they were supposed to be in Galway parade, but sure what can ya do. Watching Dublin one on telly with a big bag of sweets instead, so they're happy enough.

That's a shame man sorry to hear that, but, at least you's can take it easy and watch the parade together with the sweets!

Defo, in the grand scheme of things we're just fine 👌
