It's around two in the morning when some thoughts crossed my mind. I took out my notebook and started scribbling. For some reasons, I've been feeling elated, as if I'm in love with someone... but I believe, it's just the feeling and thought of being in love made me like this. It feels great, though. I wonder if there will come a time when this poetry piece find its subject. <3
BEYOND HAPPY
All my life I thought I was already happy
Living comfortably and contented of just being me
Little did I know that it could still be better
My chance encounter with you changed my life forever
Your presence is what I would call a miracle
Making my lips curve to a smile; my heart lyrical
Your cute little gestures and adorable sweet nothings
Made my little heart ecstatic that they grew wings
With you, I could go even beyond the distance
I could no longer fathom my life without your existence <3
