One steps forward without assurances in order to start something. It is a quiet agreement between bravery and doubt, a decision taken prior to full weight revelation. You know going in that there will be resistance, delays, and times when leaving seems justified. You still go though. Not because it is simple but because staying still has more expense.
One is not confident to undertake. It is constant determination. It manifests in unfinished projects, early mornings, and the patience to study as you go. Every action transforms you. You understand by the time the assignment is finished that the effort was never only the outcome. Choosing expansion over comfort and following that choice through to the finish was the actual project.
