A new flu is not just an illness; it mades ripples throughout the rhythm of life. At times you're fine, and the next, your body becomes a weak. It comes in silently, maybe with a kick in your throat or a sharp chill down your on your spine. Then there is the storm: fever, exhaustion, and the sort of ache that penetrates deep into your bones, making even breathing feel difficult.

However, in addition to the physical cost, a new flu has significance. People speculate about its origin, how quickly it spreads, who brought it in, and how bad it might get. Masks are back, pharmacies are busy, and the news cycle is turning faster with anxiety. You're trapped in your room, looking at the ceiling, longing for the simplicity of just feeling normal.

It is humbling how something microscopic can halt the pace of everything a reminder of our fragility. And when healing ultimately arrives, it brings with it a greater appreciation for strength, stillness, and breath.
