What is the frequency? It's a method of finding out what's happening, what's being picked up, or what someone is paying attention to. Technically speaking, frequency is the rate at which anything happens within a specified period of time, such as a radio transmission or sound wave. But it could mean much more in real life. The term is used by people to describe their feelings, behaviors, and communication. Everything revolves around connection—being in tune with a person or thing. If two individuals are on the same wavelength, they understand each other well. In the event that they are not, there will be a sense of confusion or disconnection.

We are surrounded by signals in the modern world, from ringing phones to flashing text messages to breaking news headlines. It's hard to figure out what to concentrate on. The issue of frequency becomes critical at that point. It's akin to asking, What is really important at this moment? What kind of energy are you moving in? Is it a rush or a peaceful mood? There are instances when we go through the day without thinking, oblivious to the signals all around us.

We may also be curious about the frequency of our emissions. Do we express resentment, stress, peace, or kindness? Others are affected by our actions. Our speech, behavior, and responses convey a message. As a result, the question "What's the frequency?
