Here is my new digital art.
After a while of not creating art digitally, today, I tried making a still life drawing and this time, I opted for a blank background work.
I placed a small wooden chair on a ground and observed it from one angle.
I started with outline sketches of the objects before using a combination of hatching and crossing hatching to add shades.
After that, I proceeded in using blurring to add more shades to create tones and shadows on the background.
This shows that light is coming from the left side.
The sketch was done with AutoDesk sketchbook application and aided with an S-pen. My steps can be seen below:
