One of the most difficult questions I've ever had to answer in my life is WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ANIME?
And the final part of the ANIME BLOGGING CHALLENGE by @kuronokenshi has to be that. Well, I have been asked the same question many times by my students, so I'll try answering here as well.
It's really difficult to choose just one because I have a favorite in every genre and my favorite also changes as time passes by since there are numerous new anime introduced every season. However, if I am to answer that question, I'd say HAIKYUU!

For starters, my favorite anime genre is SPORTS, and among the sports anime I've ever watched, I have watched Haikyuu! the most and I will never get tired of re-watching it. Yes, I have rewatched a lot of sports anime, but Haikyuu! really hits differently for me. I've watched the first three seasons eight times now and the fourth season around three or four times. Before the fifth season airs, I'd probably be rewatching from the first season... because, why not? It's a way of getting myself hyped!

Haikyuu! is the only anime who has KUROO TETSUROU and I so love him to bits! But really, there are just so many reasons to love Haikyuu!
- The art style is fire!
- The opening and ending songs are amazing!
- There are awesome character developments...
- There are a lot of interesting characters. :)
- The games are super exciting that you'll forget to breathe.
- There's drama, horror, comedy, love story, insert other genres here
- HARD WORK will pay off!
- WINNING ISN'T EVERYTHING!
I can't wait for the fifth season to air. It would probably one of the best since it's actually my favorite arc from the manga. It's going to be "The Battle of the Garbage Dump". Yes, it might sound funny, but this game is one of the most anticipated games in Haikyuuverse! <3
Although there are a lot of sports anime that I love, Haikyuu! will always be one of the best! ^^
Another genre that I really enjoy watching would be action and adventure. Well, you can say I love the "shounen" genre and if I am to choose one among them, that would be ONE PIECE.

I know it's a very long series and a lot of people are even doubtful to start watching it. hahah However, I really recommend it and it's worth your time. lol I didn't really follow this anime at first. I guess it has already more than six hundred episodes when I started watching it. I caught up after more than a month... and yes, I was already a working adult when I did. I don't regret it in any way.
There are now almost a thousand episodes and I still enjoy it. It's cool how the animation improved as the years pass by. The story is also getting better and better. I believe One Piece will end in around five years, but who knows? Oda-sensei can be very unpredictable. ^^
The current arc (Wano Kuni arc) is really fun and there are such huge names in this arc, however, I also really enjoyed Dressrosa arc, so I'd still say it's my favorite. It's a bit sad though since not everyone from Mugiwara Pirates are there. :)
In addition to these two, I must say that DR. STONE is also my favorite!

I know, Science might be boring or difficult to understand for some, but Dr. Stone is making "Science" more and more attractive. Well, at least for me since I'm pretty much interested in this field to start with.
Dr. Stone is a masterpiece, I might say... it's really fun to watch and I'm enjoying every episode with anticipation. ALthough I'm reading the manga (since I can no longer wait), I still feel very excited to watch all the things Senku and the Kingdom of Science are about to do. I can't wait for season 3~!!! <3
There are still a lot of anime which falls under my favorites... both recent and older ones. However, I'd stop here because it would be difficult to do so if I continued writing... haha
