| When you come from the centre of the quarter, a small park opens up and the Klinkerberg leads to the centre. Going downhill, our Kurt-Frenzel Stadium is about 200 metres away. | Wenn man vom Zentrum des Viertels kommt, öffnet sich ein kleiner Park, and dem der Klinkerberg zum Zentrum führt. Bergabwärts kommt dann nach ca. 200 Meter unser Curt-Frenzel Stadion. |

| Above the stadium is a park with a somewhat steep ascent. Somewhere here, in the Middle Ages, must have been the place where the alleged witches were burned in Augsburg during the Inquisition. There were probably 16 women and 1 man. One woman was denounced by her 11-year-old daughter. Contrary to the public opinion that witches were burned alive at that time, they were probably beheaded here in Augsburg beforehand. Of course, that doesn't make it much better. | Oberhalb des Stadions ist ein Park mit einem etwas steilem Anstieg. Hier irgendwo, muss im Mittelalter wohl die Stelle gewesen sein, an der bei der Inquisition die angeblichen Hexen in Augsburg verbrannt wurden. Es waren wohl 16 Frauen und 1 Mann. Eine Frau davon wurde durch ihre 11 jährige Tochter denunziert. Entgegen der öffentlichen Meinung, dass Hexen damals bei lebendigem Leib verbrannt wurden, wurden sie wohl hier in Augsburg vorher enthauptet. Das macht es natürlich nicht viel besser. |

| The ice stadium is the home of the Panthers. This is the nickname of the AEV, Augsburg Ice Hockey Club. The club is constantly broke, but constantly holds its own in Germany's top league. | Das Eisstadion ist die Heimat der Panther. So ist der Spitzname des AEV, Augsburger Eishockey Verein. Der Verein ist ständig pleite, hält sich aber konstant in der obersten Liga Deutschlands. |
