You do really manage to get some great shots don't you!

And I would give anything to bring that cat home to me too.

That cat looks identical to the beautiful cat that I grew up with.....

That's me and her... and that was taken about 40 yrs ago...

40 yrs ago! oh my. totally pre-digital epoch.
I know this kitty breed, they are most well prepared for survival in an urban environment, we have a lot of stray cats of this breed around.

and here is our lady. she has been with us for 15 years, and after her my heart is forever given to white cats with pink ears

Isn't it funny, white cats look so delicate- and she might be too, but Snowy, one that I adopted so Chad would have a friend, she was a little ratbag!

She was about 10 when I adopted her as her elderly owner had died and she already had her ears cut off because of cancer and unfortunately she dies about 10months later from cancer too. but she went absolutely flat out, loved life and didn't stop for a second until the moment she died....

Here she is here

Chad would have been a model if he was human cause he was always so well dressed and immaculately clean, whereas Snowy would have been a feral hippie chick with dredlocks and she only used the house as a shortcut to get form the front yard to the backyard and I was also pulling leaves and dirt and dust and everything out of her fur....She was so funny.

"she was a little ratbag, feral hippie chic" -- I like how you put it. 'ratbag' is a new word to me, tho.

they are all different, like hoomans... sad to hear she didnt live a longer happy life with you.
