Wednesday walk - today, yesterday, every day

I need to confess - I have a habit to walk every day. Not only on Wednesday or on Friday or..

I work remotely from my home and I spend all my workday in a chair. Except a time when I walk to a fridge or to a coffee machine. So, one year ago I've made a promise to myself to walk every day rain or shine. Just because it benefits my health,... and my mood ... and feed all my senses organs.

Yeh, it's true. When we walk we not only feed our eyes with street views but also we catch all smells. We feel a touch of the air or the breeze on our skin.(and even tornado is counted)))
We can take a cup of coffee or a milkshake and feel its taste. We also can feel our muscles and our body. They all contribute to our walking sense.

Today I would try to add those senses to my photos.

I also make it a point of walking every day its good for the body mind and soul

Walking every day is a great habit and your captures are beautiful! I have never been to Russia but I am sure I would love it (apart from the cold)!

Going for a walk every day is a very good thing.
I do it myself, and I take my wife with me on walks all the time.
You had a good walk today, too.
And you have warm there in the Crimea, unlike our weather.
Here it's a real winter, today the frost was as low as minus 35...
