Thanks a lot @jlufer, so regarding @thisisawesome I started it myself in I think it was May of 2019, and then it has grown since then so we are an entire team working on it, and Zoltan @ph1102 was the one doing the moderating for the CTPtalk tribe, and then there is others that are moderating other parts, check this screenshot to see all including Zoltan.
What I do myself is the Daily Spotlight and the Luke Is Alive posts, and then fill in if there is someone who can't do their part on a certain day, plus I also put together the daily post.
Then I also do the weekly spotlight post, which also includes all payouts to delegators, and I both calculate the payouts and send the payouts, this is done on Mondays and takes about 3 hours to do, which is why it is very important to find a new moderator for CTPtalk before that day.
The CTPtalk moderation includes finding 4 posts, 1 that is a highlight and 3 for additional upvotes, and then leave personal comments on them as well as making a small description for the highlight post and sharing that to a shared document so I can include that in the daily post.
For this weekend I now do the CTPtalk moderation myself, but on weekedays and especially on Mondays it will just be too much for me to keep that up, so that is why we need a new moderator for that part.
