I am sorry that I am experiencing this problem, I usually have this type of start, but I have the immediate solution. Every time anger takes hold of me, I remember my violent father, and he always promised that it would not be like that. That's my key to holding back anger.

That's an interesting reason. Thank you for sharing your own personal experience. But be sure to have an outlet for that anger. Don't keep it cropped up inside.
