If a social platform needs an engagement contest, then it is a lost cause. This platform is doomed by its own users.
This is not a simple opinion, but a fact.
Most of the posts on this platform are lacks of real, human comments.
By the way, if people would use this platform naturally, then an engagement contest would not be needed.
There are no engagement contests on Facebook, on Twitter, on YouTube, nor on Reddit. Because people use them as they supposed to be used. As a social network. And interaction is natural, genuine and authentic.

And yes, there are also engagement contests on other social networks. They are called differently... it's called, "please retweet and tag 3 friends". Same purpose, different method.

I did not do that. I just/only stated the fact that the real, human interaction is rare on the Hive blockchain. This has nothing to do with anyone being a star or not.
