It really depends on what it is and how deep it goes, I might get a bit frustrated sometimes when my devices don't function as I want, but that goes easily over, but for getting rid of deeper stuff the gym is really good, just get on the cardio machine and run it all off until it's gone basically, and yes it works, and long walks of about an hour or more is also great.

For me that physical outlet used to be volleyball, but Covid kind of ruined that a bit. As long as you have an outlet it's all good though. Thanks for sharing yours.
