A coffee break in Nature
Imagine that you are in the London, going for a walk in the Woods and you have the chance to stop and just sit in a nice hub and have your coffee while enjoying to be in the middle of nature that you even forget that you are in London.
Welcome to Queens Wood Cafe. This is the place that I am talking about.
Such a peaceful and beautiful place to just have a break from our very busy days. I had to go to this place because I suspect that I might be Covid positive, so I have been self isolating and after many days closed at home, finally had to leave to get some groceries and took the the woods where there were no people.
What an amazing surprise when I saw that there was a coffee shop in there and it was very quiet. So here I get my mask on and got in to just enjoy a coffee break out of the house.
As soon as I got in, it was almost like entering in someone's living room, like a family house. Very cosy and comfortable place.
Nothing fancy, not an amazing decoration, there was no music playing even, but the vibes were really warm and very nice. Super peaceful.
It was a mix and match of stuff all around and that was what made the place interesting and gave it a lot of personality!
Like this little tea pot I had on my table, serving as a vase for some wild flowers they probably picked in the woods.
Let's talk coffee and let me tell you something, sometimes the look is not everything. This is one of those cases. I can tell you I was very happy when I say the coffee but then it was very disappointing.
Let's just say that if I decide to come back to this place to enjoy the peace that the nature have to offer I won't be drinking a coffee, I'll probably have a juice!
Just imagine a warm sunny day and you sitting at this porch just enjoying the nature sounds with this cool view inside the woods.
Because I am ill and not feeling my best I had to sit inside, it was not a warm day when I visited but I want to go back on a really warm day to just have a sit on the porch and enjoy the whole outside experience of this place.
Unfortunately I am still not feeling much better, I am really guessing that I am Covid positive. I just hope I won't feel worst than this and I hope that it goes away soon.
In a couple of days I might try and find a Boots or a pharmacy around so I can try and get some fast testing kits to see if it is safe to walk around. Don't want to be spreading this virus even more.
