I enjoyed listening to this. I have always believed that you can control/impact your own vibrations by surrounding your self with positive thoughts/deeds. Once you open the door to the negative vibrations, you/yourself must take an action to move away from them and back to the positive ones. Like attacks like so be aware of what you are putting out there because Karma will always come back to get you.
