My Day: First Time to Go Outside

in GEMS4 years ago

Situation in our town is still the same. Only one person is allowed to go out to do necessary things. My mother in USA called me that she needs medicine she used to take when she's here in the Philippines. So she asked me to buy from the pharmacy, and send it to her through any freight service.

We have been under quarantine for more than 60 days already. I feel like I am free in a sense that I am finally able to go out of the house. However, I don't really feel free because of the dangers of the coronavirus.

The scenario is not really nice. There aren't that much people what we used to before the lockdown. Everyone should wear their masks. Physical Distancing should also be observed. This is the New Normal that will make you miss the Real Normal.

I went to Robinson's Mall here in our town, and immediately bought the medicines from a designated pharmacy there, and sent them through freight. Afterwards, I went to Jollibee as a pasalubong to my family. We all miss Jolliibee since it's been more than two months.

Here is what I would be taking home for the family. Two buckets of chickenjoy. Of course, I bought sundae and French fries for myself.

I am about to go home now. It's not really nice here. It wasn't as fascinating as it used to.

The mall looks familiar. 😲
