Routine

Do You like it? Do You love it? Or do You hate it?
It is different for everyone and that is okay. Because what it works for some People might not work for others.

The meaning of routine in the dictionary.

What type of person are You, do You like to have the same routine all the time?

Or are You the type of person that need to keep doing different things every single day so You can function and be productive?

Quarantine and Self Isolation

In this day and time, living in quarantine and being self isolating many of us might have fallen in unexpected routines without even notice it.

How are You dealing with it? Are You happy or unhappy with how You feel about having a boring routine?

Cats Love their lazy routines

This is just a comparison and this post have a lot of questions. I just wanted to come here and maybe make You think about it. Because many People might have fallen on that routine and might be having negative thoughts about it. Might even be feeling depressed.

This is a reminder, if You are having all those feelings to break up the routine and do different stuff. Can't tell You how to solve YOUR situation because everyone will be in different circumstances. But the important is that You realise You are feeling the way You are because of the routine You have and find different activities so You can change it up.

Maybe adding different activities to the timeline of Your day, sometimes even just changing it up, reorganising Your day. Adding and taking activities, randomly, from day to day.

The first step to overcome that negative feelings when it comes to Your quarantine routine is for You to realise that the problem source is actually Your routine.

Routine can be good

Not saying that having a routine is bad for everyone. On the other hand You might have discovered in this quarantine that You actually love to have a routine and repeat it over and over again and that's how You work better.

Maybe because the life was so fast before You never had the time to organise it and actually have a routine, You were never able to discover that trait in You.

In this case I would advise You to bring this to Your life whenever the lockdown is finished.

Hopefully this have helped You in any way.

I love to have a routine and need it to get things done. When I was still working in an Office I hated it to wake up at 7am, now I stand up at 6 or even earlier, without alarm clock.

In my opinion routine is very important if you want to be successful.

Good You know what it works and doesn't work for You. That is for sure the best way to deal with it.
