Be safe out there
If You have the opportunity to walk around and capture some city photos now that they are way more empty than usual You should give it a try.
But only do it if You are planning to keep safe, using mask and keep social distancing.
I believe there are amazing opportunities to see the city with different eyes and that can be super interesting.
Here's an example of what I am talking about. I would never be able to capture this image if everything was normal. There would be many more cars, buses, motorcycles and people around.
Hopefully we will be able to get back to normal soon but until then let's be creative and make the best of what we have.
