I don't think this about black people being targeted. When you do what is not acceptable in the platform like plagiarizing, you are definitely going to be banned by hivewatchers and get your subsequent works downvoted.
I have told you to appeal in hivewatcher's discord channel so that you will know the reason n get your downvote removed.
