My Challenge - Top Five Favourite Food

hello bloggers, it has been a while since I wrote on this challenge but I try once in a while to have fun with this challenge @tegoshei made and all thanks to Him because when writing this challenge, I find so much joy writing it. Thank you once again @tegoshei for this.

Today, I decided to add fun to my work. So I decided to pick up this writing challenge by @tegoshei again. So today, I will be talking about My Top Five Favourite Food. Since I don't have any of the food currently, I will be using Pixabay images or google images so I hope I am forgiven.

Okay, let's begin with my top favorite food.

- Coconut Rice

Here are the ingredients of this delicious meal,

  • Coconut
  • Rice
  • Maggie (I use Knorr and Onga)
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Onions
  • Water
  • Crayfish
  • Tomatoes
  • Thyme.
  • Curry leaves
  • Carrot
  • Ice Fish

- Palm Oil Rice and Beans

This food is simple and easy to cook and here is the recipe for this meal.

  • Rice
  • Beans
  • Water
  • Maggie
  • Salt
  • Crayfish
  • Fresh Red pepper
  • Onions (enough)
  • Palm oil
  • pumpkin leaf

- Afang Soup

This is a vegetable soup made with Afang leaf (Gnetum Africana) and waterleaf (Talinum triangulare)
Here are the ingredients of this delicious meal,

  • Afang leaf (Gnetum Africana)
  • Waterleaf (Talinum triangulare)
  • Beef/fish
  • Stockfish
  • Crayfish
  • Palm oil
  • Red pepper
  • Maggie
  • Onions (to steam the beef or fish)
  • Salt

- Ekpang Nkwukor

Although this dish made with cocoyam and water yam is a time-consuming meal, it is worth the time and effort.

Ingredients:

  • Cocoyam (Taro|Colocasia Esculenta): peeled, washed and grated
  • Water yam (Dioscorea alata): peeled, washed and grated
  • Cocoyam leaves, Spinach or Pumpkin leaves
  • Meat, Goat meat, Snails or Fish
  • Hot Water
  • Dried Fish
  • Crayfish
  • Fresh red Pepper
  • Salt
  • Maggie
  • Onion
  • Palm Oil
  • Periwinkle
  • Scent leaf

- Okro Soup
This soup is quite an easy soup to make and very simple.

Ingredients:

  • Okro (Abelmoschus esculentus)
  • Stockfish
  • Fish/beef/goat/
  • Smoked fish or dried fish
  • Maggi
  • Salt
  • Fresh Red pepper
  • Palm oil
  • Crayfish
  • pumpkin leaf
  • Onion

So I enjoy my soup with fufu (Cassava pudding)
