Last year, at this time of year about, I shared a post with photos taken in the woods, during a day spent among the trees. I collected chestnuts and saw many types of mushrooms. This year I tried to go back and start a new adventure in the woods. Unfortunately I didn't found the same amount of mushrooms: only a few types, edible and not. I prepared several examples of covers, in color and monochrome. I hope you like them.
In the first, I reached the same place and entered the wood. I followed paths for a while, and moved seeing around me. For the first half hour I didn't see any type of mushroom. Bad bad time to search mushrooms, I told myself. I started seeing some types of inedible ones in the next few minutes but a very smaller amount than usual. I took a few photos by my smartphone and kept searching all morning.
After that, I went back to my scooter and had lunch thanks to some pieces of focaccia I bought in the morning, before going there. I drank the water from my bottle and started the search again. I followed the largest path in the place, moving up the mountain. I continued for an hour before deciding to turn and started harvesting chestnuts: but again a bad day, because I didn't find the same quantity as last year. I don't know if it was due to the wrong period or the unprofitable season. I got home early in the afternoon and stopped at a fountain to fill some bottles.
At home, I picked the best photos and saved them on my phone. A few hours ago I edited them and created the other monochrome cover. I will show you the entire collection in a few days.
