i mean i can't always tell do people say what they actually mean :D

just a weird creature on this earth that does not know how to respond to them :D for example Thanks sounds empty. or maybe just overthinking it.

or to answer with a quote :D "I always think of the right words too late, I know the answer when I'm alone." (and to be honest, it does not sound that good in english as in serbian :D )

I know what you mean about people seeming like they don't mean it. Thanks seeming empty, which it does to me, too. Especially in writing (because with real life, your expression might also help prove it's a genuine 'thanks' not just a concealed 'meh') :))
