Clouds are magic

Some compositions look amazing on their own but then when Nature come to the mix and offer you some clouds to enrich the image that is there already it can be really magical.

This 2 images for example, I have looked at thisbplaces so many times but it wasn't until I saw those cloud compositions behind that it make sense to me to immortalise them in a photograph.

Imagine a clean sky and you still have very nice photos because the buildings, the lines and the light is pretty interesting. But for me the added clouds texture feeling that space is what make them interesting.

If you know my style and my photos you also know that I am a fan of empty spaces in my images but in cases like this ones how could I leave it empty?

This photos were captured in East London, Canary Wharf to be more specific. The skyscrapers and buildings in this are offer you a vast choice of beautiful images that you can capture.

Canary Wharf, in my view, a district of pure evil and everything I resent about the "City"

Suits, corporates, cocky bankers.. bunch of wankers..

Ahem.

Yeah being one of the biggest financial districts in London I guess I understand what You mean. But if you are going there just for the views and you like architecture I guess it is kind of nice. Also since the Pandemic in all honesty have changed a lot. Now it is kind of a ghost area of London. With the majority of the buildings empty or with very few workers. Although i feel like to balance all that energy you are talking about. They have been trying to make and bring a lot of art there. Exhibitions and performances, a lot more events.
